A graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed an internship at Thomas Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia and a general surgery residency at Henry Ford Health System.
His dedication to excellence in reconstructive, plastic and cosmetic surgery drew him to complete not one but two fellowship training programs – one at the prestigious University of Chicago in facial plastic and body cosmetic surgery, and another in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Henry Ford Health System.
He is a clinical assistant professor in the department of surgical specialties at Michigan State University and Central Michigan University. He belongs to a number of professional organizations including the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
A native of Philadelphia, he speaks three languages (English, Spanish and Greek) and enjoys classic cars.
