It is a common misconception that putting Botox in the upper forehead, or frontalis muscle, will help lift. This is not the case!
The frontalis muscle is an “elevator muscle” meaning, it is holding your brows up! When you relax this muscle with Botox, it has the tendency to drop.

💉 Starting filler conservatively and building over multiple sessions is key. And no, starting fillers doesn’t mean you’re committed forever. It’s a common myth that you’ll have to keep going constantly or your face will “collapse.” In reality, fillers are temporary (typically lasting 6–18 months, sometimes up to 2 years depending on the type and area), and if you stop, your face simply returns to its natural aging trajectory—nothing worse than if you’d never started. Some even find that repeated treatments stimulate a bit of collagen, leaving subtle long-term benefits.
